The rules that protect consumers could be traced back to Roman law. Later they were supplemented and modified, and now they are reflected in modern law of foreign countries and Russian law. Roman law regulated in detail the rights of the buyer and the seller’s obligations in case of defects of goods sold. Roman law manifests the features of the legal position of consumers, which are inherent in modern consumer legislation, arising from the liability of the seller for inadequate quality of goods and for selling goods that have hidden defects, as well as the buyer’s right to receive truthful information about the product

The article is based on relevant doctrinal sources. It deals with the peculiarities of Russian legislation on legal entities in the field of physical culture and sports. The article deals with procedural problems relating to the setting and conducting a forensic medical examination of a corpse. The authors analyse the possibility of their solution as a method of preliminary forensic examination through the usage in forensic practice innovative scientific-practical tech-niques of non-invasive (without the use of abdominal dissection of the body) ways of au-topsy - “virtual” autopsy carried out with the use of x-ray method of computed tomography (CT) and 3-D technologies.

Abstract

Activities of such a modern civil legal form of apartment building management, as association of homeowners has not only advantages, but also involves liability according to the legislation of the Russian Federation. For successful functioning of a homeowners’ association in the management of apartment buildings, it is necessary to perform one’s du-ties in a fair and proper way. In case of failure or improper exercise of these obligations direct legal liability ensues. Despite significant development of the legal basis of homeowners’ liaibility there are many problems and unresolved issues. Independent civil liability is one of the hallmarks of a legal entity, and respectively, a homeowners’ association. This characteristic is enshrined in the Civil code of the Russian Federation and the Housing code of the Russian Federation

The authors consider problem of English and Abkhazian fixed phrases that have gender orientation. It was found that the vast majority of English phraseological units have referents-men, while in the Abkhazian language more gender-marked units are based on female categories.

Article is devoted to insufficiently studied aspects of the early history of Cossacks villages of Cuban line regiment during the first ten years of its service on the new Caucasian border. On the basis of archival and published documents, the author studies the religious features of migrants, the statistics of their migrations and describes the first officers’ staff of the Cuban regiment. The author offers solutions to the research problems that have not been resolved by the previous imperial and Soviet regional historiography.

The subject of the article is peasants’ struggle against significant increase in local taxes, the climax of which was the uprising of peasants in the village of Alexandria in November 1914. The revolt resulted in clashes with the police and took a toll of human lives. Military District Court sentenced the peasants to severe punishments. However, the sentence was mitigated under the influence of public opinion.

Abstract

The article deals with the scientific problem of historic conformity of the Buddhism of the Russian Kalmyks at the end of XIX - the beginning of the XX century with the Tibetan original of this dogma, as well as religious links of the Kalmyk Buddhist community (Sangha) with the spiritual center of Lamaism in Lhasa. The aspects of the Tibetan Buddhism (Lamaism) are examined within the context of pre-revolutionary culture of Stavropol province. The authors show the influence of this religion on provincial culture on the example of publications in the newspaper “The North Caucasus” and the exposition in the Stavropol Museum.

Under the influence of the linguistic turn the paradigm of modern philosophizing is being transformed. The problems of language are coming to the forefront. According to constructivism any knowledge including philosophy is constructed by the subject. Applying this approach to philosophical hermeneutics we can conclude that the comprehension is also constructed in the process of mastering or interpreting a text.

The author examines the probem of cultural interaction as a factor of ensuring cultural stability. Russia is presented as a specific socio-cultural type within the frame of which the synthesis of western and oriental cultures is possible. As a result, a new integral civilizational type can be created.
