HISTORY AND ARCHAEOLOGY
The article discusses the Italian merchant environment and gender stereotypes of behavior in the late Middle Ages. On the basis of the research the author comes to the conclusion that among the ruling elite of Italian cities specific sets developed, which formed the basis of modern European gender behavior: the origin of women was taken into consideration in marriage, it contributed a lot to strengthening the status of men. As there was stabilization of the Institute of Church marriage there emerged significant figures of women-housewives and manageresses of family affairs.
The article studies Kovalevskiy's contribution to the development of Russian positivism and its influence on Sorokin's scientific outlook.
The Black Sea region is one of the unique geopolitical regions which features various forms of integration. However, the integration poses a number of difficulties which are an obstacle to the creation of effective integration model. Continuous balancing between different centers of power, such as the EU, the USA, Russia and Turkey, the lack of clear classification and definition features in the framework of integration associations and organizations, unstable political situation, «protracted» conflicts, and the lack of stable economic growth rates lead to the conclusion that the integration process in the Black Sea region is not successful.
The article studies the reflection of the Russian emigrant N.N. Berberova as regards the revival of Masonic secret societies in Russia at the beginning of the XX century, its reasons, and also number and structure of Russian lodges. The conclusion is made that Masonic lodges, according to N. N. Berberova, underwent serious transformations during 1906-1917, and played an important role in political life of the country. The main source is N. N. Berberova's book «People and lodges. Russian masons of the XXth century».
The article studies specific features of village reading rooms in the context of Bolsheviks cultural policy. The new government took the concept up from the Russian Empire. Village reading rooms were supposed to provide cultural and educational activities in rural areas. Hard routine work, challenging financial state and illiteracy were the factors that impeded the process. Therefore, the staff of reading rooms carried out reference work. The funding partly rested with the people. Stavropol experience demonstrates both positive examples of village reading rooms activities, as well as examples of a formal approach.
The article continues the discussion of the need for the category of «fact» in ethnography. It is proposed to consider the fact in the content of any observation that forms the source of ethnography. Ethnographic fact acts as a potential sign of ethnic specificity as regards the object of study, recognized in this sense both by a researcher and the representatives of society,
The article discusses some aspects of socio-cultural creativity of the medieval East poets by example of Omar Khayyam's writings. They are viewed through the prism of Sufism religious philosophy, which played a major role not only in cultural but also in political life of the Muslim community. Omar Khayyam was a representative of «Persian Sufism». Being a student of Ibn Sina, he adhered to the doctrine which does not question the existence of God the Creator, but allows the possibility for nature and society to develop themselves according to their own laws.
The article studies the role of artistic caftfs in the life of the artistic community in Paris in the first quarter of the twentieth century. The main features of «La Boheme» as latent social institution are analyzed on the basis of memoirs of French writers, poets and artists.
The article deals with the topic of trade contacts between Abkhazians and residents of neighboring Abkhazia regions of the North Caucasus during XIX and XX centuries. It highlights the changes in the area of private commercial transactions in the XX century after the establishment of the Soviet Government and the difficulties in private transactions during the Soviet time.
The article deals with the peculiarities of formation and work of urban judges in the Russian Empire. The analysis of their activity in the conditions of modernization processes in Russia in the early ХХ century is carried on the basis of statistical data.
The article presents the detailed analysis of historiographic development condition as regards various aspects of resettlement policy in the 20-30th of the XX century in the North Caucasus. An attempt is made to track the main stages and regularities in studying agrarian policy of the USSR, characterizing the main works, and also highlighting the main points of view on this subject.
The article studies the scientific papers on the history and development of science in the North Caucasus. From the standpoint of problem-chronological approach the areas of research to study the organization of scientific institutions, training activities of scientific societies, individual branches of science in the region are specified.
This article presents the analysis of women recruitment in Navy during the Great Patriotic War in the South Russia, the organization problems and periods of mass drafts, the work of medical commissions, the causes of women dropout, the original military training of recruits and the training of seaborne assault troopers, the service conditions of the Red Navy women ets. The tragic experience examples of first women mobilization stream during the Kerchensk retreat of Soviet troops in May 1942 are adduced. In the course of the study it is concluded that over the years more than four thousands of south Russia Komsomol women served over twenty-five specialties as part of the Black Sea and Baltic fleets and the Caspian military fleet. Despite of all the costs of operational mobilizations the replacement between men and women in different posts let release men to stay in front lines.
The article studies cooperation of the anti-Hitler coalition on the issue of the creation of the United Nations. The analysis is performed on the basis of documents presented by representatives of the USSR, the USA and Great Britain at the international conference held at Dumbarton Oaks in 1944. The focus is on the issues on which agreement had been reached between the Allied Powers, as well as the issues on which differences emerged. First and foremost is the question of membership and voting in the UN Security Council. The conclusion about the importance of the meeting at Dumbarton Oaks is made as it contributed to the development of cooperation between the powers of the antiHitler coalition during World War II.
Since XVI century the important bearer of Russian influence in the North Caucasus were Grebensky and Tersky (local) Cossacks. Their emergence began in lower reaches of Sunzha and Terek in the XV-XVI centuries. Everyday life features of Grebensky and Tersky (local) Cossacks are specified: economic and agricultural for the former and traditional for the latter. It should be noted that it did not interfere with their main task -protection of interests and the southern boundaries of Russia.
The article studies the main tendencies of Komsomol life in Stavropol Region of the mid-1930th through the prism of Molodoy Leninets newspaper. The author estimates informational content and popularity of this edition, its main functions are considered, subject and thematic classification of the texts published in it are given. On the basis of the presented materials the conclusion about ideological limitation and propaganda conditionality of the Soviet press which was directed on formation of certain moods in society and the youth environment in particular is drawn.

The article examines the ideological and legal prerequisites for the formation of the Soviet construct of «conscious maternity». The basic ideas of the Western European and Soviet Marxists to influence social policy and legal practice of the state are specified. Legal consequences of the introduction of innovations in the field of maternity and its provision are identified. The evolution of the organizational principles of the organization and protection of maternity and childhood are analyzed; the main reasons behind the evolution are singled out.

The article studies the developmet of charitable activity in the system of education in Stavropol province in the second half of the XIX -early XX c.c. as an important factor of Russian modernization changes.
The relations between Don Emergency Committee and the Party apparatus are analyzed in the article. The first experience of interaction was challenging and contradictory, it demonstrated significant dominance of the Party apparatus in resolving significant professional problems of the Don Emergency Committee officers.
The article traces back historical parallels between the period of establishing the anti-Hitler coalition in the Second World War on the one hand, and the beginning of the Great Patriotic War and present-day Russia's efforts to consolidate international efforts to fight terrorism in Syria on the other hand. The author focuses on similarities and differences of these processes.
The article analyzes the process of foundation and functioning of the mass, sociopolitical, belles-lettres and illustrated weekly journal «Ogonyok», the editor of this journal was M. E. Koltsov. The study proves that the Soviet moral values were promoted on the pages of the weekly; there were numerous photo essays and photo reports about dofferent events and phenomena that informed the readers about the up-to-date problems. It is concluded that weekly journal «Ogonyok» was propaganda because the reporters promoted the Soviet state system.
The article discusses the narrative construction of Abkhazian and Adyghe bloggers devoted to topical problems of Western Caucasus history in XIX century and formed within the virtual space of dialogue in the network. The article highlights the inherent features of blogging narratives, as well as evaluates the scientific importance of interactive texts created by nonprofessional users. Particular attention is paid to the role of the network objective discourse in the process of successive formation of individual and collective historical memory, substantially transformed in the information society.
LEGAL SCIENCES
The subject of this study is the contemporary condition of legal policy in the field of state-confessional relations in the Russian Federation. The purpose of this article is a theoretical analysis of the contemporary condition of legislation in the field of state-confessional relations and evaluation of prospects of its further development. Revival of religion, increase in the number of religious organizations in the Russian society are objective factors that actualize the necessity to determine the correct vector of legal policy in confessional area, to improve legislation in the sphere of regulation of state-confessional relations, and to provide conditions for a legal dialogue between government and confessional institutions.
The article describes the Canadian approach to the issues of regional informatization. The authors have attempted to specify good practices that can be used by the Russian Federation for the further development of legislation in the sphere of regional informatization.
PHILOLOGICAL SCIENCES
The article deals with the study of deep sense presentation in historically developing concept cpùau;, which originates from classical Greek philosophy and has undergone a number of transformations of sense superstructure and noematic destruction of certain quanta of hierarchical structure. At the same time the actualization of periphery noemes in association line within the framework of existentialism philosophy is studied, as well as their direct dependence on linguoculture code of different structure languages. There is also a description of particular quanta of deep noematic content of Greek philosophic concept in existential terminology context as regards German linguoculture.
In the article proposition is regarded in its referential and pragmatic aspect as a component of an utterance which interacts with cognitive and semantic structures during operative processing of speech products.
The research is devoted to the analysis of media resources, propaganda of healthy lifestyle in Russia, identification of regulation mechanisms of the information sector in this area. Special attention is paid to the federal and regional programs of the television channels aimed at healthy lifestyle development.
