Author Guidelines

  1. The Editorial Board accepts manuscripts and necessary documents from authors in electronic form. The required documents include:

1.1. Copy of the manuscript. The length of the article is 20 000 – 40 000 printed signs (without annotations and references). Text formatting: A4; size – 14; font – Times New Roman; line spacing – 1.5; page numbers – at the bottom center; all margins – 2 cm; indent – 1.25 cm. It is necessary to distinguish in the text between of a hyphen (-) (e.g., two-thirds, self-control) ) and a dash ( – ) (Alt + 0150). The electronic version of the manuscript is accepted in a text editor in Microsoft Word format (file name: "Last, First and Middle Names_article»). Sample of articles - Annex 1

The article should contain the following items:
a) UDC identifier;
b) full name of the author (s) of (name and patronymic);
a) title;
d) the place of work of the author (s) (in brackets in the nominative case);
d) a brief summary of the manuscript content (2000 printed signs, should not repeat the title);
e) a list of keywords or phrases (5-7);

must be translated into English.

1.2. Information about the author (in Russian and English).
The information should include the following: Last, First and Middle Names (in full), academic degree, academic rank, position, affiliation, e-mail address and telephone numbers (Appendix 2) The name of the file in electronic form: " Last, First and Middle Names_information about the author." 

1.3. Report of the supervisor (for post-graduate students and applicants). It is signed by the scientific supervisor in his own hand and is certified by the appropriate personnel structure.

1.4. Expert findings. It is provided by the expert commission set up at the Institute (University). It contains findings about the possibility of publication of the article in the public media.

1.5. License agreements and consent to the processing of personal data.

  1. Registration of figures and tables:

Figures and tables are inserted in the text to the right place. References to tables and figures in the text are required. The Editorial Board is not responsible for the quality of drawings or photographs.

2.1. Graphic material requirements:
a) all the inscriptions on the figures should be readable;
b) the drawings should be made with account of black-and-white printing (it is recommended to use as a fill different types of shading and patterns in the graphs of various kinds of lines - dashed, solid, etc., different points design on which a graph is constructed - circles, squares, rhombs, triangles); color and halftone patterns are eliminated;
c) the figures should be read separately from the text, so the axes must have the name and unit of measure.
d) the figures are numbered from the bottom (Figure 1. Title) and performed in the graphical editor 10-pin (type).

2.2. Registration of Tables: tables should have a title. Tables are numbered from the top (Table 1. Title) and perform in 10-pin (font), line spacing is single.

  1. References. It is located at the end of the article. It lists all the sources relied upon by the author, with full bibliographic apparatus of publishing (in accordance with GOST R 7.0.5-2008).

  2. Copyright:

a) The author is responsible for the accuracy of the information in his manuscripts, quotations and proper guidance titles in the references;
b) after the printed text proofreading and checking all the citations, the author personally writes in the last page: "The manuscript has been proofread, quotes have been checked, the size does not exceed the allowable amount and is ... (number of pages) [date, signature]."

 

Rejection rate - 15%.

The authorship of an article is determined directly by the author. Authors not included in the authorship section are included in the "Acknowledgments" section of the article.
