PROBLEMS OF SECRECY PRESERVATION IN PRELIMINARY INVESTIGATION CRIMINAL PROCEDURE
Abstract
The article studies different issues concerning certain guarantee of behavior as regards participants of the preliminary investigation and issues related to ensuring the secrecy of the preliminary investigation. The problem of ensuring adequate protection of the information in the preliminary investigation in the police and the prosecution is highly relevant and topical, requires close attention and further development, both by scientists and practitioners involved in the fight against crime.
