TOPICAL ISSUES OF STATE REGULATION OF THE HEALTH CARE SYSTEM AT FEDERAL AND REGIONAL LEVELS
Abstract
The article studies the topical issues of reforming the health care system, both at the federal level and at the regional, offers solutions to problems in this area. The paper outlines the main features of the legal framework of the health system in the Russian Federation. The system is to ensure citizens' constitutional right to health and access to care. The article also highlights the fact that Russia can retain the ability to be active in today's international environment and respond adequately to the health needs of population in case certain goals are set for the health care system.
