Статья посвящена анализу деятельности неформальных организаций на Ставрополье в условиях разрушения монопольного положения КПСС в обществе. В ней анализируется предвыборная борьба между представителями местных партийных структур и лидерами неформальных объединений и ее последствия.
Article is devoted to the analysis of activities of the informal organizations in the Stavropol Territory under the conditions of destruction of a monopoly position of CPSU in society. It reviews the pre-election struggle among representatives of local party structures and leaders of informal groups and its consequences.
