В статье рассматриваются актуальные проблемы модернизационных процессов в политической сфере современного общества. Автор определил признаки модернизации в отдельных сферах общества; выделил агенты модернизации и показал противоречивость этого процесса в «Западных» и «не-Западных» обществах.
The article deals with urgent problems of modernization processes in the political sphere of modern society. The author has identified the signs of modernization in some spheres of the society and agents of modernization as well as pointed out the controversial character of this process in the «Western» and «non-Western» societies.
