Статья посвящена той роли, которую играл родник-источник в символике Додонского оракула. Автор анализирует весь комплекс имеющихся источников, - нарративные, литературные и археологические, - свидетельствующие о связях источника со святилищем, но и в широком контексте -роль воды в древнегреческой мантике.

The article investigates the role played by a spring in the symbolism of Dodonean oracle. The author analyzes a complex of sources, both narrative and archeological ones, revealing the connection between the spring and the sanctuary and in the wide context - the role of water in ancient Greek divination.
