Угроза национальной безопасности Республики Сербии вооруженной агрессией пакта НАТО является уникальным примером нарушения всех действующих международно-правовых норм, запрещающих агрессию против суверенного и независимого государства.</p><p>Подчеркивается, что даже с введением временной международной администрации (МООНК), ситуация с безопасностью не стабилизировалась. Политические решения представителей международного сообщества оформлялись в парадигму «абсолютной независимости» Косово и Метохии, несмотря на недовольство тогдашних высших должностных лиц Республики Сербии. Незаконная попытка отделения Косово и Метохии путем принятия Декларации независимости в 2008 г. представителями албанского национального меньшинства поставила целый ряд политических, экономических и социальных вопросов о стратегии действий субъектов и сил система национальной безопасности Республики Сербии.</p><p>Указывается, что осуществляемый диалог между представителями временных косовских учреждений и представителями РС способствовал подписанию соглашений в различных областях. Однако их реализация оказывает негативное влияние на суверенитет, т.е. юрисдикции учреждений Республики Сербия.</p><p>Созданная на сегодняшний день международная администрация не смогла обеспечить выполнение резолюции 1244 Совета Безопасности ООН. В статье анализируется динамика событий, приведших к одностороннему провозглашению независимости в нарушение всех норм международного права, в том числе права на политическое самоопределение.</p><p>Результаты работы свидетельствуют о неравномерном толковании некоторых норм, регулирующих статус национальных меньшинств (в данном случае албанцев), а также о попытке западными странами навязать решение косовской проблемы Республике Сербии исключительно через различные формы признания так называемой независимости.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The attempt to secede from Kosovo, which began in the nineties of the twentieth century, ended with NATO’s aggression against Yugoslavia, which formally usurped the southern Serbian province by the most powerful Western countries. The threat to the national security of the Republic of Serbia by the armed aggression of the NATO Pact is a unique example of the violation of all existing international legal norms prohibiting aggression against a sovereign and independent state.</p><p>It is emphasized that even with the introduction of the Interim International Administration (UNMIK), the security situation has not stabilized. The political decisions of the representatives of the international community were framed in the paradigm of “absolute independence” of Kosovo and Metohija, despite the dissatisfaction of the then top officials of the Republic of Serbia. The illegal attempt to secede from Kosovo and Metohija through the adoption of the Declaration of Independence in 2008 by representatives of the Albanian national minority raised a number of political, economic and social questions about the strategy of the subjects and forces of the national security system of the Republic of Serbia.</p><p>It is indicated that the ongoing dialogue between representatives of the Provisional Kosovo Institutions and representatives of the Republic of Serbia contributed to the signing of agreements in various fields. However, their implementation has a negative impact on the sovereignty, i.e. the jurisdiction of the institutions of the Republic of Serbia.</p><p>The international administration created to date has failed to ensure the implementation of UN Security Council resolution 1244. The article analyzes the dynamics of events that led to the unilateral declaration of independence in violation of all norms of international law, including the right to political self-determination.</p><p>The results of the work indicate an uneven interpretation of some norms regulating the status of national minorities (in this case, Albanians), as well as an attempt by Western countries to impose a solution to the Kosovo problem on the Republic of Serbia exclusively through various forms of recognition of the so-called independence.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>международная политика</kwd><kwd>нарушение международного права</kwd><kwd>Косово</kwd><kwd>Метохия</kwd><kwd>Республика Сербия</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>international politics</kwd><kwd>violation of international law</kwd><kwd>Kosovo</kwd><kwd>Metohija</kwd><kwd>Republic of Serbia</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Влада РС (2008).
